    I get this question all the time, yet many guys have no clue on how to work this hard-to-reach area. One of the best ways to target this area includes leg raises. You simply lye on your back and lift your legs up, feeling the burn. This completely targets the lower abs and you will feel it. Doing 50 of these daily is ideal for working out this area. There are also other lower abs exercises. Such exercises for lower abs include:

    Leg raises with some form of weight between your feet or thighs(a medicine ball is ideal for this). This adds more resistance and allows you to really build this area.

    Hanging "swings". You hang from bars and "swing" from side to side. Not only does this work your oblique’s, it also sorta "shrinks" your lower abs, making your waist smaller.
