    Facial Exercises to tone sagging neck and jowls

    Facial exercises, when done properly can serve as a huge benefit to tone sagging neck and jowls.I prefer to call it the "double-chin" syndrome. It is one that can be easily corrected with facial exercises.

    I will recommend three easy free face exercises to avoid double chin below. If performed 3 times a week you will notice a difference after 1 week or so. 

    Exercise 1:Sit or stand upright and tilt your head to the ceiling while keeping your lips together but not forcing them closed. Start a chewing movement - you will feel the muscles working. Repeat the chewing movement 20 times. This is a good exercise to help rid you of a double chin.

    Exercise 2:Sit upright and tilt your head looking to the ceiling while keeping your lips together but relaxed. Next move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible and keep for a count of five. Return head to normal position and repeat exercise 10 times.

    Exercise 3:Sit or stand upright and gently turn your head to the left, without dropping or lifting your chin. Turn your head until you feel a stretching sensation. Hold in this position for 5 counts and then gently move your head to the right hand side and keep for a count of 5. Repeat 3 times.

    These are just a few of the more simpler, easier facial exercises to tone sagging neck and jowls and also to reduce double chin. There are some more intense facial exercises covered but I decided to illustrate these 2 easier ones so the beginner can see for themselves how effective and easy it is to get results with facial exercises!

    Let’s face it, most men have no idea how to make the best of their looks and mens grooming in general. The following mens grooming tips will help you make the most of your looks each day.

    To make it easy on you guys I’ll break it down into 4 main areas:

    • SKINCARE
    • ANTI-AGING
    • SHAVING
    • HYGIENE
    • HAIR
    • DIET

    Contrary to what you may think, your skin is your largest organ! It acts as both a barrier and as a filter. Therefore, men’s skin care is more important than just looking good (and looking good is not such a bad thing).Think WATER and tons of it! Drink at least an 8 ounce glass for every hour that you are awake. This will hydrate skin and make you age much better! If you drink at least 8-10 ounces for every hour that you are awake you will reduce skin-aging by as much as 40%!! This means less lines, wrinkles and increased collagen production!

    Very important: Stay out of the sun as much as you can if you want to look great as you age.Simple as that! Yet many men have no idea that this is a critical element to mens grooming and possibly the best mens grooming tip you’ll get…ever!

    Men have thicker skin than women; about 20% thicker.The best men’s skin care is a health issue and taking care of your skin, especially the skin on your face, can be your first line of defense.

    Your skincare regime should look somewhat like this from when you get up to when you go to bed:

    Get up-wash your face with a quality face wash containing AHA(Alpha-hydroxy acids) to exfoliate dead skin cells that may have accumulated overnight

    Then, as you leave for work, apply a moisturizer, a light one, with at least SPF 20 to prevent future wrinkles.

    An anti-perspirant deodorant is important to wear when you get out of the shower at night and when you leave the house in the morning.

    HAIR

    Ideally you wanna keep the hair on your head neatly groomed and go to the barber at least once a month for touch-ups. If you have sideburns,keep them neat and shaved short with a body trimmer.

    If you have a really,I mean REALLY hairy chest, get it waxed! No woman wants a hairy animal. Pubic hairs should be trimmed neatly with a pair of scissors.You can also trim them with an electric body trimmer.

    Underarms also can be shaved or using a depilation cream. If you have hair on your butt, a lot of hair, your best bet is using a depilation cream also since the hairs on your butt are rather thin and a depilation cream such as nair is ideal for this. With butt hair it is only necessary to depilitate maybe once or twice a year since the hair there doesn’t grow very much in general.

    DIET

    As stated above drink TONS of water! Your diet plays a HUGE role in how your skin looks. Eat plenty of organic fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Try to limit caloric intake to about 1600-2000 calories daily.Take a multi-vitamin daily as this will assist with proper complete daily nutrition requirements. Stay away from excess in junk food, empty calories such as soda’s, etc. This junk causes havoc to your skin.
