    How To Approach Groups Of Girls You Don’t Know, And Get Them To Think You’re Great!

    For this example I’m going to use women at a bar. I will be going into lots of other techniques for non-bar pickups too but for now, we’ll stick with this.

    (Note: In fact, I even recommend you try my top places for picking up that are not bars – they are WAAAAAAAY better than ANY bar and you’ll see a massive leap in your success rates with women.)

    As you know, women don’t usually go to bars on their own. They go in groups.

    Approaching GROUPS of women can be extremely daunting and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you can fail BADLY with groups and like a pack of wolves they can rip you apart. I’ve seen men get cussed at, totally ignored and even drinks poured over them.

    But if you do the approach RIGHT, then your success with a group of women can usually yield great results.

    Whenever I suggest approaching groups of women I get LOADS of guys looking at me as though I’m from another planet. I realize that lots of guys probably don’t have the initial confidence to simply walk up to beautiful women they don’t know. Don’t worry, this can be easily solved. I’ll give you some simple tips here.

    INCREASING CONFIDENCE EXERCISE IN THE MALL

    Step 1. Walk around the shopping mall and when you catch a woman’s eye, smile at her – more often than not, she’ll smile back. To start with you can do this just with shop employees. Even if they don’t WANT to smile, they probably will. Good practice. And you might even brighten a few women’s lives a little.

    Step 2. Once you’ve gained confidence in making natural eye contact and a smile with staff, you could move onto other women in the mall. I’m not suggesting big weird freak smiles, just nice, natural friendly ones. A lot of women will smile back at you.

    Step 3. Here’s where it might seem a little weird, but this really does help and practice and repetition will make this lots easier. Just say "hi" with a smile to women (and men if you like) as you walk around the mall. It will feel HORRIBLE at first if you are not confident but slowly, after an hour or two, it’ll seem easy.

    After you’ve smiled and said hi to 20 or 30 women, you should start to feel good (as long as you don’t quit on your first negative response – this will happen and will happen when you’re approaching women to pick them up – you HAVE to learn to step out of your comfort zone if you want to be successful with women).

    One of my male friends did the "smile at girls in the mall" technique and he actually ended up meeting the girl of his dreams and is still with her 3 years later – how’s that for effective!

    There are loads of other techniques you can do to build your confidence, most not quite as scary as the mall one. I go into others within my book…

    Right, let’s assume you now have the confidence or at least the guts to approach women you don’t know in a bar (Again, I don’t just go into bar pickups in my book, in fact, I think the best places to pick up women are NOT in a bar – I think it’s everyday places where you’re not competing with other single guys).

    Firstly, let’s suppose two girls are sat together at a bar. One is the ‘ugly’ one and one is the hot one (the one you like the looks of and would like to get to know more).

    You see the girls. Go up to them and talk to them NOW! Don’t waste time. Within 3 seconds of seeing them, approach them. Some people call this the 3 second rule and I must say it really does seem to work.

    If you see her and like her, it’s best not to think too much about the approach, or you’re more likely to work yourself into such a state that your approach will be ineffective or you’ll just pussy out altogether!
    (Don’t worry I’ll tell you WHAT to say when you get there in a future lesson). So within 3 seconds, go TALK to her!

    ALWAYS, ALWAYS approach a woman from the side or an angle from the front. !!!NEVER from behind – IMPORTANT!!!

    If you go up to the group at the bar and approach from behind you will INSTANTLY invoke a negative response, and they will be put on the defensive - for obvious reasons.     2. Tell your spouse to kiss you: Yeah that is a hot tip and I bet it made you jump from your chair! Did you ever know that a passionate, tongue-tangling liplock can actually help you burn calories and lose fat? Well, now that you know it, don’t waste a single moment ok?

    3. Keep yourself away from diet pills: Remember that diet pills, or for that matter any product that promises you fast weight loss is more often than not a scam! If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and the outrageous claims made by the diet pill manufactures are not exception in this regard. These diet pills fool you into thinking that you have lost weight by depriving your body of the essential water and lean muscle mass. In reality, you have lost weight, but NOT the fat that you actually want to lose!

    4. Keep a weight loss diary: A diary will help you track your progress. You will be able to know how much progress you have made in terms of weight loss, and how much is left for you to do in order to achieve your goal. In other words, your weight loss diary will tell you how farther or nearer you are to your weight loss goal, and hence, it is a great way of motivating yourself to keep going!

    Testosterone is most famous for it’s anabolic, muscle building and masculine imparting qualities.

    Testosterone is a hormone produced in the testes. It is responsible for male sexual development during puberty, as well as muscle growth and strength. Testosterone production naturally decreases with age. Beginning at around the age of 25 and sometimes decreasing as much as 10% per decade.

    Testosterone is the supreme pilot of male sexuality. It’s produced in the testicles, and without it, a boy can’t reach his sexual maturity (his voice won’t deepen, and he won’t grow facial or body hair). Women, too, have a natural supply of testosterone, but in much smaller quantities. On average, men have about ten times more testosterone than women (the female body makes small amounts of it in the ovaries and adrenals), but levels do vary. Male blood-testosterone levels range from 300 to 1,200 nanograms per deciliter, while the female equivalent ranges from 15 to 100. As women, our battle with the effects of low testosterone doesn’t typically begin until after menopause, when our bodies’ natural hormone supplies diminish. However, two surgical procedures - the bilateral oophorectomy (removal of both ovaries and adrenals) and the hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) - will trigger early menopause in women of any age.

    One of the effects of low testosterone is a decrease in sexual desire or libido. Noticing this, a man may try aphrodisiacs or think that he is no longer attracted to his partner. Depending on the age of the man, a decrease in testosterone production may be the actual problem.

    Effects of low testosterone on men’s bodies

    What is testosterone?
    Testosterone is a hormone responsible for normal growth and development of the male sex and reproduction organs, including the penis, the testicles, scrotum, the prostate and seminal vesicles. Testosterone promotes the development of the secondary male sex characteristics such as bone mass, fat distribution, muscle, hair patterns and voice modulation (a deep voice). It also maintains energy levels, sexual desire, fertility and mood.

    Testosterone production increases dramatically with onset of puberty. As we get older testosterone production declines. About 50 million men in the United States will be experiencing some sort of hormone deficiency, 600,000 will be receiving treatment. Testosterone can cause male pattern baldness

    Testosterone, alcohol and your liver
    Healthy normal men, consuming reasonable amounts of alcoholic drink, experience a 20% drop in their serum levels of testosterone.

    In chronic alcoholics with extensive liver damage those levels can be reduced by as much as 50% and they can become feminized (loose facial and pubic hair, become impotent, and fat deposits behind the nipples will give the appearance of breasts).

    Testosterone and disease
    Testosterone deficiency may be a result of diseases such as Klienfelters syndrome, Anorchia (vanishing testes syndrome) or damage from surgery, chemotherapy, anabolic steroid use or radiation, to the hypothalamus or pituitary gland (in the brain), or testicles. The result is that production and release of testosterone is inhibited.

    Erectile dysfunction and testosterone
    Erectile dysfunction can be a result of insufficient testosterone.
    Underdevelopment of the penis and testes at puberty can also be a sign testosterone deficiency.

    A low testosterone level can be corrected. There is a school of thought today that says that our hormones do not decrease because we age, but that we age because our hormones decrease.

    Over 1/2 of testosterone is produced from DHEA.

      • A man 40 years old has less than 1/2 the testosterone a man of 25 has.

    3 Effective,Natural Weight Loss Tips

    Make sure you do not consume foods that are rich in simple carbohydrates, such as fizzy drinks, sweets, fruit juices, etc. Simple carbohydrates are easily converted into glucose by your body and any unused glucose is turned into fat!

    2. Understand the distinction between ‘low fat’ and ‘no-fat’: Far too many people confuse the phrase ‘low fat’ with ‘non-fat’, but they are basically different. In fact, you should consume non-fat foods in greater quantities than low-fat foods. This doesn’t however mean that you can eat as much non-fat food as you want. As always, moderation is the key. And remember that calories make you overweight, not fat. So, there is basically little or no difference between eating lots of non-fat foods and consuming a low amount of low-fat foods. Remember that if you eat non-fat foods too much you will still gain weight!

    3. Eat only low-fat snacks: Who doesn’t love snacks? The answer is: we all do! However, depending on our choice of snacks, they can be beneficial or harmful for our health. If you choose potato chips as your snack, you will never be able to lose weight. Whenever you want to snack, you should have toasted whole grain bread for yourself. Also make sure you eat fiber-rich foods every three or four hours so that the urge of snacking becomes pretty less!

If you think this diet plan is too much for you, let’s move on to the next one.
