    With so much being said about the relationship between green tea and weight loss, a question pops up in my mind: is it really as effective as it is claimed to be? Is green tea way more effective that your regular weight loss drug?

    The answer is yes. Years of research has proven that people who drink green tea regularly have a higher chance of losing weight fast than those who don’t!     4. Almonds: People say that all fats are bad, which is a false generalization. There are actually two types of fats, saturated and unsaturated. The ‘bad’ fats are the saturated fats. Almond contains the monounsaturated fat which will help you burn the ‘bad’ fat. Remember that your body needs fat in order to survive, and what better way to satisfy your body’s needs than with almonds?
