There are no ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ about universal laws-let me repeat once again: they INDEED work!

    1. The universal law and how it affects your weight loss goals: So what are universal laws? Law of gravity is one example of a universal law. You cannot jump up in the air and keep yourself there for hours, because the law of gravity will hurl you down in seconds. Just as you are bound by the law of gravity, so also you are bound by the law of energy and conservation, according to which you can only transform energy into different forms, but you can neither create nor destroy it!

    What this means to YOU? Let’s say that the food you eat contains a lot of calories. Calories are nothing but just another form of energy. Once they enter your body, you can do only two things with them: you can either burn them off by indulging in physical activities, or you can store them inside your body in the form of fat deposits.
