    Men:How to’Finally’ Get Rid of Annoying Jowls!

    In this article I’ll show you how to finally get rid of annoying jowls through facial exercises!

    You may be wondering how can simple (and complex) face exercises really help to tone, target and sculpt this area of your face?

    It’s very simple really, it works on the same principles that you would use if you were trying to build, sculpt and tone any other area of your body…. In fact, because the muscles in the face are much more smaller and even more isolated, many experts believe that this is exactly why these face exercises are so effective and produce such fascinating results in the first place.

    So how can they get rid of your jowls in the first place, you may be wondering?

    Well I will share a very simple exercise with you for helping to eliminate this exact annoying double chin area that SO many men are affected by!

    It’s because there isn’t nothing more annoying when your trying to pick up a hot girl at a bar or anywhere else for that matter, than the lingering thought of keeping your head straight and avoiding any unnecessary negative attention to your ‘double chin’ jowl area.

    Now you want to be sitting in an upright position to begin with. Next put your hands firmly on your neck as if you are going to choke yourself (but not really of course!) and your hands should be in the "X" cross position. Now, keeping your hands firmly planted into your neck like that, continue by pressing and then looking up towards the ceiling until your feeling your neck stretching and then hold it in that really tight position for about 30 to 45 seconds. Continue doing this for about 10-15 times each and everyday.

    Of course you will want to consider watching your diet also and start eating more healthy options , such as simple chicken breast and healthy veggies. This is the most "gut healthy" diet that I can recommend!

    Continue doing the exercises and you should see clear results within 5 to 7 days.

    Of course this is just touching the surface of facial exercises for the removal of jowls!
    You can also do more advanced face exercises for much more better improvement of your double chin/jowl syndrome and even perhaps an increase in helping to achieve that chiseled , masculine jawline you’ve always dreamed of!

    With facial exercises all things are possible!

    Chiseled jawline exercises- Do they really help when combined with regular face or facial exercises? I’ll help shed some light on this question in a moment, but first of all, I do want to say that YES, jawline exercises do help tremendously when combined with regular face and neck or facial exercises!

    When you begin to do regular men’s face exercises, you will soon see that it’s almost impossible to NOT combine chiseled jawline exercises with regular face and neck exercises!
